How does it work? 

• Create your own profile on our system- www.fitchef.co.za
• Load your delivery address to complete the profile. 
• Shop on the FitChef website for the healthiest prepared meals in town and add them to the cart
• Enter the voucher code into the PROMO field on the checkout page 
• The minimum cart check-out value is R350 and this excludes delivery fee 
• If the items you select cost more than the value of the voucher, EFT the sum due to finalize the order

• Use the full value of the voucher – no remaining balances are carried forward 
• Food ordered will be delivered on weekdays during office hours to your address. 
• You will be sent the date of delivery by email, if that date is not suitable let us know and we will reschedule delivery to a future date. 
• All the meals/drinks and snacks are delivered frozen and must be stored in your freezer to preserve freshness. Food may safely be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. 
• Take meals out of the freezer on day that you will eat them and do not re-freeze any thawed/heated products. 
• Nutritional information is available on the website and on the cardboard packaging on each meal 
• To heat a meal, remove cardboard sleeve, pierce plastic film and heat in your microwave for between 3 and 5 minutes. Stir sauces that may have settled during freezing process.
